No — we do not have a storefront in Markham. This is a delivery service. Every prescription is prepared in our licensed compounding lab at 15017 Yonge St, Suite 204, Aurora, ON, L4G 1M5, and delivered to your door across Markham and York Region. You are always welcome to collect your order in person at the Aurora lab if you prefer.

Markham is roughly 30 minutes from our Aurora lab, so most orders arrive the next business day. We compound most prescriptions the same day we receive them, and orders placed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched that same day. If you live elsewhere in York Region, call us and we will confirm timing for your address.

Your prescriber can e-fax the prescription directly to us at (905) 727-0845, or you can call us at 1-877-727-1343 and we will arrange a transfer from your current pharmacy. A valid prescription from a licensed practitioner is required for every compounded medication. Some medications, such as testosterone, have specific transfer rules in Ontario, and our pharmacist will walk you through what is needed.

Yes. We ship most compounded medications to Markham at no charge. A few items have conditions, and our pharmacist will let you know when your prescription is reviewed. For urgent needs, 24-hour rush orders and in-person pickup at our Aurora lab are also available.

A conventional pharmacy dispenses commercially available medications in fixed, ready-made strengths and forms. As a compounding pharmacy, we prepare each prescription individually from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, so your prescriber can specify a strength, dosage form, or flavour that is not offered as a standard product — for example, a liquid instead of a capsule, or a formulation that leaves out a particular dye or preservative. Compounding does not replace your regular pharmacy; it is an option your prescriber can choose when a standard product does not fit your needs.

We are a compounding pharmacy accredited by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP Accreditation #20362), and we compound to NAPRA standards. Every prescription is prepared by a licensed pharmacist using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and checked before it ships. As with any medication, take it exactly as your prescriber directs, and speak with us or your doctor if you have questions or notice any reaction.

We prepare custom male and female hormone therapy, pediatric formulations, dermatology topicals, erectile dysfunction and thyroid support, and topical pain compounds, along with compression garments — all to your prescriber’s specifications. A valid prescription from a licensed practitioner is required, and we work with your doctor to match the formulation to your prescription.

Often, yes. Because we prepare each medication individually, your prescriber can request a flavour that makes a children’s medicine easier to take, or ask us to leave out a particular dye, preservative, or other ingredient your child reacts to. Talk to our pharmacist about the flavour and ingredient options for your specific prescription.

It depends on your plan. Many private and extended health plans reimburse compounded medications when they are prescribed by a licensed practitioner. Public drug coverage in Ontario (for example, the Ontario Drug Benefit) is more limited for compounded preparations, so it is best to check your specific plan. We can provide an itemised receipt with the details your insurer needs so you can submit a claim — call us and our team will help you get set up.
